Our Intention
We thoughtfully source coffees from Thailand and around the world, looking for quality, character, and traceability at every step. We believe specialty coffee should feel special without feeling intimidating - approachable, generous, and meaningful for everyday drinkers.
Through roasting, design, and storytelling, we aim to make specialty coffee easier to understand and more welcoming to everyone. For us, “good sources” extend beyond coffee — to the people we meet, the products we choose, and the ideas we encounter along the way.
Our Story
Sauce Coffee began with two friends and a shared vision: to make coffee more creative, more environmentally thoughtful, and more connected to the people behind every cup. What started as a love of great coffee has grown into a journey of discovering new perspectives, building meaningful relationships, and making space for better ways to enjoy it.

Everything at our shop is sourced with intention - coffee, honey, fruit, and more, brought in season by season from producers who understand their land and their craft. We believe what's grown in its own time simply tastes best, so we let the seasons lead what we bring to this space, staying true to nature's own rhythm.
Visit us at Friend Friend, Emporium Department Store (3rd Floor) our retail space where we brew, pour, and share what we roast.
