Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Thailand and internationally to Singapore. If you're outside these areas and would like to order, please reach out to us directly and we'll do our best to help.
How long does delivery take?

Domestic (Thailand): 3–5 business days.

International (Singapore): Delivery times vary by shipping method — we'll confirm the estimated timeframe at checkout.
How much is shipping?

Domestic: Standard shipping is ฿50, and free for orders ฿1,000 and above. International (Singapore): Calculated by weight at checkout.
Will I need to pay import duties for international orders?

Import duties or taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by Singapore customs. Any charges at the destination are separate from your order total.
Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number.
Can I change my shipping address or order details after checkout?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.

Product & Freshness

How fresh is the coffee when I receive it?

We roast in small batches and ship shortly after roasting. Every bag is labeled with its roast date so you always know exactly how fresh it is.
How should I store my coffee?

Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and reseal the bag tightly after each use. For the best flavor, we recommend enjoying your coffee within 4–6 weeks of the roast date.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?

We offer whole bean by default. If you'd like your coffee ground for a specific brew method, let us know in the order notes and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Sustainability

What are your coffee bags made from?

Our coffee bags are made from 100% sugarcane paper with a biomass film lining — sourced from bagasse, the leftover fiber from sugar production. No trees are cut down to make them, and they're certified as a USDA Biobased Product. After use, they can be disposed of as paper waste and naturally biodegrade in as little as 3 months under landfill conditions.
What about the box?

Our packaging box is made from 100% FSC-certified recycled paper, designed to be reused — fold it flat into a tray for your coffee bar, or use it to store other things at home. If you're a returning customer, you can also choose a refill-bag-only option at checkout to skip the box entirely.
Where does your coffee come from?

We work directly with coffee farms in Thailand and abroad, building long-term relationships rather than one-off purchases. Wherever possible, we also use by-products from the coffee process — like coffee flowers and cascara — to reduce waste and create additional value for our farming partners.

Do you offer wholesale or B2B partnerships?

Can my brand collaborate with Sauce as a guest roaster or through a pop-up?

We're always open to creative collaborations with brands, artists, and community initiatives. Reach out to us with your idea and we'll take it from there.
Do you offer catering for events?

Yes — we offer catering packages for events of various sizes. Contact us with your event details (guest count, date, and location) and we'll put together a proposal.
