Sopa is a key figure in transforming Omkoi, Chiang Mai. Once a barren area used for growing opium, she introduced coffee cultivation alongside reforestation to restore the land's fertility. With strong determination, Sopa focused on producing high-quality coffee to demonstrate the benefits of combining coffee farming with forestation. Her efforts have made coffee from this region noteworthy, consistently earning top ranks in competitions.

At her farm, Sopa not only works systematically but also empowers local women, making it a true "women in coffee" initiative.

พี่โสภาเรียกได้ว่าเป็นหัวเรือใหญ่แห่งอมก๋อย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เดิมทีพื้นที่นี้เป็นภูเขาหัวโล้นที่ปลูกพืชเสพติดอย่างฝิ่น แต่พี่โสภาได้เข้ามาเปลี่ยนแปลงด้วยแนวคิดการปลูกกาแฟร่วมกับการปลูกป่า เพื่อให้พื้นที่อมก๋อยกลับมาสมบูรณ์อีกครั้ง ด้วยแรงใจที่แข็งแกร่ง พี่โสภาตั้งใจทำกาแฟให้มีคุณภาพ เพื่อให้คนในพื้นที่เห็นว่าการปลูกกาแฟร่วมกับการปลูกป่านั้นเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ จนพิสูจน์ให้คนได้เห็นว่ากาแฟจากพื้นที่นี้น่าจับตามองเพียงใด พี่โสภาไม่เพียงแค่ทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบระเบียบที่ washing station แต่ยังสนับสนุนให้ผู้หญิงในท้องถิ่นเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการทำงานด้วย จนสามารถเรียกได้ว่าฟาร์มนี้เป็น "women in coffee" อย่างแท้จริง

The cherries are washed, depulped, fermented overnight,
and sun-dried for 10-14 days, resulting in a coffee with a refreshing lemon tea-like flavor and a sweet, tangy hint of orange juice.
